Hello everyone! 

Thanks for checking out our new website www.heartwoodsongs.com.  So, you’re probably thinking . . . what’s up with that name?  Why is it not ledgerwoodsongs.com?  Or ledgerwoodmusic.com?  At the time that we first claimed a domain name, someone already had those, so those were out.  We wanted it to reflect our love for music, so we took the suggestion recommended by the domain gurus and chose this one—love (heart), Ledger(wood), music (songs)—so there you have it.  (Taking the other half of those ideas, it could have been loveledgermusic.com—well maybe not.)  ☺  

We’ve been married for sixteen years and haven’t had a bad day yet.  We share a lot of the same interests—music, family, friends, good food, writing (songs and stories), travel, pets, a good laugh, and our faith.  

Again, thanks for checking in with us.  We look forward to sharing more of ourselves with you—music, creative writing, song writing, travel, funny stories and events, and matters of conscience and faith.
